Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RVS Solutions’ website (www.rfvs.solutions) or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Offered

RVS Solutions provides the following services:

  • Free vending machine placement programs

  • Vending machine sales and leasing

  • Installation and relocation services

  • Maintenance and repair services

  • Wholesale product management and stocking

  • Related vending machine services

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Free Vending Machine Program

Eligibility Requirements

  • Free vending machine placement is subject to approval and location assessment

  • Locations must meet minimum traffic and usage requirements

  • RVS Solutions retains ownership of all machines provided under the free program

  • We reserve the right to remove machines that do not meet performance standards

Terms of Free Machine Placement

  • RVS Solutions is responsible for stocking, maintenance, and servicing

  • Location must provide adequate space and electrical access

  • Placement agreements may be terminated by either party with reasonable notice

  • Revenue sharing or commission structures, if applicable, will be outlined in separate agreements

Product Orders and Payment

Ordering

  • Orders placed through our website or other methods constitute an offer to purchase

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • All orders are subject to product availability

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed

  • We accept credit cards and other payment methods as indicated

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information

  • Sales tax will be applied where required by law

Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Risk of loss transfers upon delivery

  • Installation services are scheduled separately and subject to availability

Service Appointments

  • Service calls and maintenance appointments must be scheduled in advance

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice or fees may apply

  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling requests

  • Emergency service may be available for an additional fee

Equipment and Product Use

Purchased or Leased Machines

  • Equipment must be used according to manufacturer specifications

  • Customers must provide appropriate electrical connections and space

  • Unauthorized modifications void warranties and service agreements

Free Placed Machines

  • Locations may not tamper with, modify, or relocate machines

  • RVS Solutions retains all ownership rights

  • Unauthorized access to machine internals is prohibited

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages from RVS Solutions. Messages may include service updates, appointment reminders, account notifications, and promotional or marketing messages.

Opt-In

You may opt in to SMS communications by submitting your phone number through our website forms, service agreements, or other authorized opt-in methods. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us, service activity, and promotional campaigns.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you opt in again.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
VENDING MACHINE REVENUE POTENTIAL IS NOT GUARANTEED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • RVS SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

  • TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE OR PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM

  • SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS, SO THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RVS Solutions, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RVS Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
